Étiquetage et contrôle qualité Besides such classic labeling as the M&P logo, model and impedance characteristics, all our cables are marked with the following information: CABLES LENGHT In the Arianna Refills the number “100”, “150” or “250” is indicated on the outside of the roll. Then, taking the end you can “count down” the cable as you use it. This system makes it easier to manage “reminders” after completing an installation: the roll shows how much cable is left. YOU CAN’T ALWAYS HAVE THE CATALOGUE AT YOUR FINGER TIPS !!! When you are working, a quick glance at the label will call to mind the data you need to make calculations. LOT ID NUMBER This is absolutely new in the field of coaxial cables! From what we have been able to determine on the international market, our company is the first (in this field) to interpret the concept of perfect lot traceability to the letter, fully following the spirit of the ISO 9001 standards. In our internal ISO 9001 procedure, our Elite series is submitted to an intensive test and monitoring cycle, according to our LOT certification protocol. “On-line” production graphs are recorded, for each lot, (and preserved for three years), concerning the following data: A) Constancy of the Dielectric overall diameter (Graph) B) Impedance stability of the dielectric (Graph) C) Spark test on the Dielectric (Alarm) D) Constancy of the outer sheath overall diameter (Graph) E) Lump test on the jacket (Alarm) F) Neck down test on the jacket (Alarm) G) Spark test on the jacket (Alarm) H) Second time multiple test during in the packaging process including Lump, neckdown, and spark tests. Each production job is divided into Lots. Depending on the size and time span for the overall production, one or more tests are performed on Attenuation, Structural Return Loss (SRL) and Impedance Stability. Any abnormality, is inevitably recorded! All corrective actions are promptly taken in order to ensure impeccable standards, fully in line with the stated ranges.
